The scope of this contract will include preparing and classifying Federal civilian position descriptions, reviewing position descriptions for the purpose of writing Factor Evaluation Summaries and Narrative Summaries, determining occupational series, assigning occupational titles and applying grading criteria which includes assignment of classification points.
