AllianceCorp based in the nation’s capital announced today that it received a BPA contract award from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, TSA. This BPA is for engaging AllianceCorp to identify, apply, and adapt government and industry best practices in performance-based acquisition and performance management to improve acquisition business operations at the TSA and establish a standard contract performance oversight model for broad application across TSA performance-based contracts.
