Conflict Resolution is a crucial skill competency to be learned, and training supervisors in this skill competency is mandated as a part of the “No Fear Act”. Training in this competency will enable FRA supervisors to more effectively supervise by recognizing and solving workplace problems in a non-confrontational manner.
